I never leave Google reviews but I was compelled to do one after a great above-and-beyond customer service experience yesterday at MSY Ultimo store. I went in for some laptop parts. What I got was incredible help, advice and service from both Costa and Amir. Those guys answered so many questions and helped me in so many ways it's almost ridiculous. They must have spent 45 minutes helping me with a few things I know I would have struggled for days to do/understand myself. If any MSY bosses ever read these reviews, just know you've got 2 great employees who go above and beyond for your customers with Costa and Amir. Highly recommended.

Originally got my PC built here a little over a year ago and was having some problems with it so I took it in to get checked. I was surprised as one of the staff, Amir recognised me from a year ago and helped me track the original order to get the repair done under warrantee. Big thanks to the staff and would totally recommend.

Had MSY built my gaming pc durning the Christmas great deal, but I found price dropped on new year later. The customer support Gabrielle who helped me matched the price because still within 7 days of purchase, this bring the customer experience to the next level. Thanks Gabrielle, you read customer's mind know what they need your expertise,patients and customer service skills really succeed this role.

I went into the store to pick up a video card. the manager informed me that it was still at the warehouse and me not understanding was very rude with him , being Bi-polar and in the middle of a medication adjistment I was also very aggressive, but the manager was firm, but super profesional and helpful. he went above and beyond. After I calmed down and apologized for my behavior my money was refunded and I purchased another different graphics card. I really appreciate the store managers patience with me and I will continue to use them as I have been dealing with this store since 2012. Best service and understanding on a human compassion level. Thanks and GOD bless.

Costa at Ultimo was able to quickly understand my needs and build me a computer that met all of my expectations within my budget, even though I was on a tight deadline. I was particularly impressed with Costa's responsiveness and helpfulness. Ultimo was able to build the computer in a single day, which was incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for the help and support that I received from Ultimo and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a computer parts shop that is reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Staff are friendly, still helped me even while on break. They looked for my item through boxes of deliveries even assisted to fix my laptop. Costa is the man. Would recommend to visit the shop if you're near
